Since the latest update, Mailgun has become almost unusable: constant errors, an extremely inconvenient calendar, and the worst part is the Analytics section - 8 out of 10 queries result in an error. Mailgun, do you even have a QA department? Why don't you test your updates before release?

Mailgun stoped sending emails for my website
Today Mailgun has problems with API and SMPT connections. We use this email provider to send all the letters from our website including reset password and other useful notifications that user should get using our website.
I understand that this can happen to any company, but the problem is that nobody even sent a small warning that they have a problem, we found out about these issues occasionally and thought the problem was on our side.
When we tried to reach their support to have some explanations and estimates when the problem is going to be fixed we faced with cold automatic voice that there are no free agents to speak with you. Good company, we hadn't any big problems in the past, but if something happens be prepared for the bad surprise.

I purchased mailgun on 2 may under the wrong email and i could not recover it back after i purchased it .I tried to recover it with the mailgun support team but they still could not help yesterday i received and email to confirm my purchased after i didn't get the chance to access my mailgun account i would like a refund and to cancel my account as soon as possible

I purchased mailgun on 2 May 2023 and purchased it under the wrong email i been trying to get it back but could not i was speaking through email with the support team but the still could not help yesterday 1 June i was charged on mailgun for a service i didn't use i would like a refund and to cancel my account

Hi there,
I have diabled the email: xxxx@***.com in january of 2023. This was the email used to sign up with mailgun.
Since this, there has been no way for me to contact support for the payments coming out of my account, as there is no longer an existant business email of xxxx@***.com. Considering there is no email account that exists attached to my account, I am not using the service and therefore should not be being charged.
I have changed my bank card details that I originally signed up on, and you have continued to take payments out of my account.
I have asked my bank to freeze any payment withdrawals from mailgun, but still, they take payments out of my account.
I don't understand how you are able to take payments out of my account when I have not authorized these payments, and the email that is attached to the account is non existant.
I would like to speak with someone who can deactive this account, stop the payments coming through, and refund me for 3 months of payments that have not been authorized.

I have received notification this afternoon from my bank that you have made 3 unauthorised payments using my card details. I should like to make you aware that I work on the FRAUD team at Virgin Money.
The 3 amounts are £24.45, £29.72 and £26.01 making a total of £81.18.
I would like the full amount refunded back to my account ASAP and any details you hold about me deleted from your systems please. At no point did I sign up or give permission to you to do this

I can understand why I can receive emails from you guys, but you can't locate my email rwhatley1109@***.com in your system.
